"I can't say enough good things about the Monaghan Group. It started when I called and Andrew answered the phone. Not a machine. He remembered me from 5 yrs. earlier, and asked what I was doing that afternoon. At 4:00 he was at my house with all the information about the real estate in my area. He answered all my questions, and I listed the house. 5 days later it was sold for more than the asking price. Andrew was excellent to work with. The current market (super low inventory, rising prices, rising interest rates) was very challenging. He stayed positive and helped us learn the ropes of this very abnormal market. We found a home we loved and with his encouragement put an offer in while a home was still under "Coming Soon". We thought the deal was dead but little did we know he continued to stay in touch with the seller's agent to see how the deal could be kept alive.
